What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer. Your order will be confirmed as soon as we are credited.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
02. Shipment
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
No, Our operations including delivery are limited to the Gambia at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. For remote areas, please allow extra time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer local pickup at or store. Visit our store with your order ID for pickup.
03. The order
As soon as you payment as been confirmed we will contact you for delivery details and you will get your product(s) between 2 -5 business day of order.
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we have a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
